Where to find Windows product key?
Your Windows Product Key is printed on the bottom of your laptop.
Turn your laptop upside down and locate the Windows sticker.

What to do if your laptop won't power on?

Please disconnect the power adapter, remove the normal battery, and after bottom case removal, remove the CMOS battery.
Then hold the power button down for 30 seconds, plug the back system in, with the CMOS battery out, and see if it posts.
This may take a minute or so to post.
If after removing the CMOS battery your laptop still fails to power on / post then please proceed to our Warranty instructions .

What to do if Windows won't boot?
When do I need to update my BIOS?
Updating your BIOS isn't absolutely necessary if you are not experiencing any compatibility/performance/crashing issues with your computer.
Download Drivers
Don't download any drivers before you verify that you need them and that the drivers work for your system.

When you have determined your system needs new drivers, and that the drivers are verified to be working for your specific laptop model, proceed to our Drivers Download page.

How do I order replacement parts?
Eurocom offers individual laptop parts including motherboards, batteries, AC adapters, VGA heatsinks, cables, and more.

Please proceed to create a new Support Request to provide us the details of your current model of laptop and the part(s) you require.

Where do I find my laptop's specs?
You may also download a third party tool such as SiSoftware Sandra Lite which reveals even more details about your system's internals.

Can I upgrade my old laptop?
The easiest way to determine if your Eurocom laptop is upgrade-able or not is to identify its model name, and then refer to our Upgrades chart to find your model - then click on the red "Upgrade" link to proceed.
How do I tune up my laptop so that it lasts longer?
As with a car, regular inspection and tune-up of Eurocom notebook will help ensure safety of critical data to both road warriors and home makers (could be desk huggers or stationary office workers) alike.
