Ottawa-built. Configured to order. Since 1989.
Home/Partner Program

Sell a machine nobody else can quote.

Eurocom builds every system to order in Ottawa. That means you can win on configuration rather than on price — and it means the person who answers your specification question is the person who designed the machine.

// 01Who we work with

Who we work with.

If your business looks like one of these, the conversation is usually short.

Resellers and VARs

Companies who already hold the account and the purchase order, and want a line their customers cannot get configured this way anywhere else.

Systems integrators

Teams building something the machine has to live inside — a vehicle, a case, a mission system. If you have somewhere in mind that we have not built for yet, tell us and we will work out how to make it fit.

Defence and government suppliers

Suppliers whose customers ask where a machine was made and expect the answer in writing, on the quote.

// 02What you get

What partners get.

01

Partner pricing

A discount agreement worked out with you.

02

Engineering support

Talk to the people who build the machines while you are still writing the proposal, not after the customer has asked something you cannot answer.

03

Built to your customer’s specification

Every machine is configured to order, so you can propose what the requirement actually calls for instead of the nearest thing on a shelf.

04

Documentation you can hand over

Specification sheets, country of manufacture, part-level quotes and lead times — the things that end up in a procurement file.

// 03What we ask

And three things we ask of you.

A partner programme that only lists benefits is a brochure. This is the other half.

A registered business

Incorporated, with a VAT, GST or equivalent number, and an address we can ship to.

A sector you already sell into

We are not asking you to open a new market. We are asking you to add a line to one you already have relationships in.

Honesty about the pipeline

Tell us what is real and what is speculative. We would rather build one machine you sell than ten you hoped to.

// 04How it works

Three steps, and none of them take long.

We are a manufacturer, not a channel bureaucracy. If it fits, you can be quoting within days rather than quarters.

01

Get in touch

The form below, or pick up the phone. Whichever is easier.

02

We talk it through

What you sell, who you sell it to, and whether we are actually useful to each other. No script and no qualification hoops.

03

Agreement, and you start

If it makes sense for both sides we put an agreement in place and you can start straight away. There is no onboarding programme to work through first.

// 05Why us

Why carry Eurocom.

You are dealing with the manufacturer

Not a distributor holding stock of someone else’s design. The person who answers your question is the person who specified the machine.

Win on specification, not on discount

Because every machine is built to order, you can propose a configuration a catalogue vendor simply cannot quote.

Built in Canada, stated on the quote

For public-sector and defence buyers that is a procurement fact rather than a marketing line.

// 06Partners we work with

Two names, and room for yours.

We would rather name two partners we actually work with than fill a wall with logos. The list grows deliberately.

// 07Apply

Tell us about your business.

Enough for us to work out whether we are useful to each other before either side spends time on a call.

An estimate is fine. It affects the pricing tier, not whether we talk to you.

Eurocom uses these details only to assess and set up your partner application. We do not sell or share them, and applying does not put you on a mailing list.

// 08Questions we get asked

The awkward ones, answered.

What pricing do partners get?

Partner pricing is agreed with you when the partnership is set up, rather than published here. It is one of the things we work out in the first conversation.

How do you handle my accounts?

How we work alongside you on your customers is agreed at the start and written into the agreement, so nobody is guessing later.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum to become a partner and no shelf you have to stock.

Can I get a demonstration unit?

For a real opportunity, ask us. We arrange those case by case.

What are the lead times?

Every machine is built to order, so the lead time is confirmed on the quote against the configuration rather than estimated from a catalogue.

Do you support tenders and bids?

Yes. We will work on the specification with you, and we will state in writing what we can and cannot support before you commit to it.

Which territories are open?

Ask us — it depends on what is already in place.

Let’s find out if this works.

Thirty minutes, one engineer, and an honest answer about whether we are useful to each other. If we are not, we will say so.
